Agnew Equine Saver Day Terms and Conditions

• Vaccinations refer to flu, flu/tetanus or tetanus only and does not include other vaccinations.
• ‘Dental examination’ refers to routine tooth rasp, either by hand or using motorised dental equipment. It does not include correction of extreme over growths or tooth extractions.
• ‘Examinations’ refers to routine initial examinations for lameness, skin, coughs etc. Re-examinations and emergency examinations are not included.
• To qualify for the Saver Day any combination of options must be used by the same horse.
• When booking a Saver Day appointment, clients are not able to stipulate the vet and, under certain circumstances, the vet may change from those initially offered.
• Saver Day appointments may be requested either before or after 1 pm. Clients will be contacted the evening before their appointment with a more specific time. Every effort will be made for this time to be adhered to but under certain circumstances appointment times may be changed at short notice.
• All services must be paid for at the time regardless of the clients normal account status.
• Agnew Equine reserves the right to change the conditions of the Saver Day scheme at any time.
