Our vets are happy to carry out pre-purchase vetting on behalf of our registered clients and for those from outside our practice area. Pre- purchase examinations are a thorough clinical examination performed on behalf of a potential purchaser to identify and asses any problems that could affect a horse’s suitability for its intended use. If the horse to be vetted belongs to a client of the practice permission must be granted from the seller for full disclosure of the medical history to the buyer before the vetting can take place.
