Our Vets Can Now Take payments!

21st June 2023

The last few months we have started phasing in our vets taking payments via a banking app whilst they are with you at your visit - allowing you to keep closer control over your credit card data. Especially for pay at the time appointments like a Saver Day, it is a quick, easy, convenient and secure payment option that we can now offer.

How it works is our vet inputs your mobile number into their app and a text will ping over to your phone with the payment amount and details included. You then enter your own card details and follow any authentication prompts your bank requires - and voila! - the payment is sorted without having to call into the office.
